Greetings from Texas!
« on: June 12, 2011, 01:51:54 PM »
Howdy folks!

I recently acquired a '77 CB550F in decent shape, it is both my first bike and my first bike project. I'm pumped to get it running again and in good cosmetic shape. My current intention is to bring it back to its former glory, and not do yet another cafe project.

I already have a long to-do list, first will be carbs then the electrical system, then tinkering with just about the rest of the bike except the engine which is in good shape.

Welcome. Where's the obligatory picture?

.. of the bike that is.  ;)
We'll all be someone else's PO some day.

Once I get it out of my van I'll have a picture up. Cosmetically it's a mess, but the important parts are in good condition.
