Thanks all.  It was a TON of work, but she's getting there.  Next year I'll paint the hull (white) and clean & paint the inside.  Wiring needs some work; the incessant rains this spring set me way back. I started soldering everything but then moved to crimping  then eventually wire nutted as the fishing trip takeoff date got ever closer. Finished up at 1AM the night before my 4AM departure. Made the 5 hr drive real fun.

Here's a better picture (from my camera instead of my phone). There used to be a full depth splash well in back, but I tore it out rebuilt a smaller one so I could build the rear bench seat and loosen up some deck space for the cooler & fishing gear. The big thing now is to remove and reseal the rear drain plug; which is leaking quite a bit.  Thank you bilge pump. I also need to add in some tow-rings on back so I can take the kids tubing.

The fun never ends.
