So an update from Barber. If you've never been, make arrangements now for next year. One of the best weekends of my 37 years. Met a lot of new people, saw some unbelievable bikes and had a great time with old and new friends. Though my CB stayed home, my R1 was in full swing and the ride to the track from the Drury hotel was absolutely amazing. The leaves were turning and the road is a blast. Were already talking about reservations and what well bring next year. We were eating steaks, drinking beers and watching the fireworks after riding the parade laps on Saturday. I mean really, can you ask for anything more?
Though I dont know Kiley we stopped by his place, its pretty damn awesome. Were the guys from south Florida and had the triumph that snapped the kick stand on a little off road excursion on Silcard(sp?) road earlier that night.
Anyway, thanks for the words on the CB, I'm off to finish the last 2.8% of the work needed to get her on the road. Photos outside and running to come shortly. Thanks for the nominate on bike of the month, Ill take you up on it when its running.
