Not sure what the style is called but they are similar to "superbike" ones, I think.

Here's my recently acquired '78 CB750F SS with 12k miles. Trying to keep it as stock as possible, but the exhaust damage just below the brake pedal pivot may be an issue once I get it running.

Great seeing another 'F' on the road!

This is the 750 I found while looking for Lester mags for another bike. I rebuilt everything except splitting the cases. The frame was cut, I repaired it with a Gordons kit, powder coated it, removed the 4-1 for a set of 4-4 Yamiya no no. pipes, during covid I built the wire wheels for it and took off the Lester mags. One of the Dunlops had lost a chunk of tread.
I have another modified bike with Lesters now and felt like this one should keep getting un-modified. It even got a new-in-box speedometer found on the SOOC site and a rebuilt tach to replace the K1 parts that were on it when I bought it.
I paid $650 about 20 years ago, the seller smirked like he really took me on the deal but he may have had good reason, the 812 kitted motor did not run when parked as promised, the exhaust was plugged solid with pink fiberglass and soot. At that time the 19/18" Lesters were selling for more than that.
