Hey folks. Had a hell of a time getting the rear retainer out a while back on an extra rear wheel I'm rebuilding, so I took it to a mechanic to remove it. Unfortunately, I didn't see the whole removal process when he went ahead and took out the bearings. So I'm missing some photos for my reinstall process.
I've gotten to the brake side bearing, and have a question about how the bearing, with the distance collar goes in. I can line up the collar "ears" inside the hub with the spacer from the bearing on the other side, but not sure how the brake side "ears" on the collar are supposed to fit into the tight brake side opening.
I have photos below of the parts I'm talking about. Hope I've explained it well enough.
Any help is much appreciated.
