Tires for a cb750 custom
« on: March 11, 2006, 02:21:17 PM »
I need to replace the original tires on my 1981 CB750Custom. The tires are Dunlop F11 Qualifers 100/90/19 in the front and 130/90/16 in the rear. The Dunlop wesite says to move to the D404 tires.
Any idea what are the best tires for this bike?  I don't ride in the rain.
Thanks for any reply.

I have the Dunlop d404's (just got them last week, and they're alright...  tread life is supposed to be v. good, but my favorite tier I've had on my bike is the Bridgestone Spitfires.   For hot summer days, right through to late fall rides, these tires were awesome.  I also got about 5500 miles out of them too.

Hope this helps.
