Only 2 of the butterflies close when I engage the choke. The other 2 will close by manually pushing them but not via the choke mechanism.
My question is, how are the 2 halves (1,2 and 3,4) connected? It looks like some sort of spring mechanism but not sure if the bar itself is supposed to be one piece or what?
