starter stuck on K4 750

 My brothers starter stuck on, the key didn't turn it off, he couldn't get it out of gear while it was turning over and it eventually got away from him and fell over. He then disconnected the battery, No serious damage, sounds like the solenoid stuck, right?

Either that or the starter button. I've never seen a solenoid stick but have seen the button stick way too many times...Larry
