pods in the rain
« on: June 26, 2011, 07:07:24 AM »
I got caught in a serious down pour while in georgia this week prob rode in the rain for about 50 miles or so... ran fine.. or seemed to I wasn't paying to close of attn to the engine... but after we got back we loaded up the bikes and hauled them back to pa... on my ride homme from my parents I noticed the bike felt different than it had all week...  def felt restricted...... did the pods get ruined and arnt allowing air flow like they were? Could the air be that much differant in pa than georgia?
Could I spray them with some. Thing that will restore them?

If they are K&N just clean and your good if not take them off and put in the sun to dry out then blow them out and cross your fingers.
