« on: June 26, 2011, 06:04:37 PM »
Ok guys, I got a front drum brake from a junkyard and I don't know wut it came on, it's Honda, but Idk anything else. How do I measure the brake shoes so I can try to find new ones?

Sprout has already ask for identification.  Here is the thread he posted the pic in.  Looks like a early 350t or 450t to me.

How are you sure this is a Honda wheel? Honda didn't use 40 spoke rims as far as I can recall until the CB750, and it had a disc from day 01. There are a bunch of later bikes with 40 of course, but through the 60s I can only think of 36es.
Most likely I'm delirious though and somebody will list a dozen or so old 40 spoke Hondas.

Lol well the brake shoe has Hm on it. And the guy at the Honda dealer said it was Honda. But that's all I got to go by.
