« on: May 02, 2005, 10:36:51 PM »
Trying to figure out the wiring on my 74 350f.I do not have an original owners manual so I can't look this up .there is a button(similar to a starter or horn button)just below my horn button on the left side handle bar control.can any of you 350 guys tell me what it is for .the wires coming from it are brown with a blue strip and the other wire is solid grey. there is no mention of a brown with blue stipe wire anywhere in my wiring diagram. any help apreciated. Fergie.

It looks like a headlight flasher button, does it have any lettering on the switchblock like "PA"? (for pass) Cheers, Terry. 8)
I was feeling sorry for myself because I couldn't afford new bike boots, until I met a man with no legs.

So I said, "Hey mate, you haven't got any bike boots you don't need, do you?"

You've got the special 007 model.  That's the ejection seat button, I wouldn't recommend pushing it.  ;)

I've seen some 750's that have a cancel button for the turn signal beeper, so you can leave the signal on and not hear the annoying beep, beep, beep... Not sure if this was even an option on the 350, though...

That was the "kill the British motorcycle industry button" that Honda put on it's SOHC bikes. Someone must have pushed it at one time or another.

I noticed in my haynes manual they have a pic of this button.  I think someone once said it was for a PA as in police or escort duty.
