New to SOHC4 - 73 CB350F
« on: July 05, 2011, 08:58:30 AM »
Hey guys, just wanted to introduce myself as I hope to be around quite a bit on the forums. I recently acquired my first motorcycle in March of this year and just last month got it to the point of daily riding. I have some more plans for the front end (clip ons, single gauge, etc.) and working on finishing up an extra tank with new paint. I'll be keeping a project log so feel free to check it out.

This is what it looks like when I picked it up for $900 (with boxes of spare parts including good second motor, carbs, & frame)

And here is where I am now (work in progress, but I love it)

Thanks! Oh yeah, I got all the old parts still (I did sell the factory mirrors to a guy in town with 550F).
Yeah, I had the bars upright and buddy suggested flipping them. They work pretty well for now.

This is my first bike and I am still learning - care to expound on the front fork brace comment?
