timing lights

what one should i get.. its the one thing i have never baught dont wanna spend a huge amount.

is it just a standerd automotive timing light or???

Not exactly sure of the brand ... it's an off brand in the discount rack of my local hardware store. Just about any timing light will work.

Less expensive = cheap plastic case, cheap wires, cheap clamps. Fine as long as you don't drop it lol.

Just make sure it has a xenon light (practically all have this) and not the old neon type, which could only be seen in pitch dark.

The induction type that got its power from the plug wire.  I've used one and, yeah, worthless.
