Can you help me identify This?
« on: July 17, 2011, 12:58:45 PM »
I have a 1972 Honda CB750.  It is my first bike.  I am new to motorcycles, and just got my bike less than a year ago.  I got took the MSF class, got my endorsement, and have spent the last year learning to ride and wrench.

I have been looking at the exhaust recently.  It is an aftermarket 4-into-2 system.  When I got the bike, there was a small extension on one of the pipes.  The other was missing.  I've been trying to figure out what to do with this.  I'd like to try to find another one to match.  The pipe has small holes in the end, intended to be for attaching this end piece.

I wonder if anyone has seen a system like this, or knows where I could lay hands on one of these little extension pieces.  If this is impossible, what should I do to cap the small holes in the pipes?

Any advice would be appreciated.

I wish I could help you identify the exhaust. It looks like the end cap would be part of the baffle.

Just an idea, see what the dimensions are and look at the mack replacement baffles.
