« on: July 11, 2011, 07:04:48 AM »
Hi, I have searched previous posts about this and have found then useful but have more questions about fuel lines...so here goes.

On the 73 the petcock has 2 lines coming out are both fuel lines or is one a vent? Also what is the proper routing for the fuel lines anyone have any pics?

They are both fuel lines, on m,y 72 there is one drilled hole on the "drivers side" of the bike that the fuel line goes through on it's way. I have never been extremely overjoyed with most ways I have tried on the "passenger" side.

So does one fuel line go to the 2 carbs on the right and the other line go to the 2 carbs on the left? is that the idea at least?

There is a T connection between carb 1 & 2 and between carb 3 & 4. The lines connect to there from the petcock.
