if you want stock sizes (3.00 and 3.50) there arent many choices in the US. if you want to go with modern treads (90/90 and 110/90) bridgestone bt-45's and avon roadrunners get good reviews.

Those 2 are the best choices. Before you try to save $5 by buying on the net, however, make sure a shop will mount tires you don't buy from them.  My boss flat out refuses no matter how much you offer. Another independant tire shop (motorcycle only) will mount tires you don't buy there but charges $50 if you bring in the wheel only, more if it's on the bike.   Any shop can order them from Parts Unlimited.

I still recommend Metzelers, which are available in the correct sizes 3.00x18 and 3.50x18.  They wear well and give real good grip.
