1971 CB500K0 Fuse Box? Does it have one?

Is the '71 CB500K supposed to have a fuse box in it?  Mine does not.  Just making sure the previous owner didn't alter anything.  Thanks!

My friend's '71 CB500 also has only one fuse.  15 amp as Bollingball stated above.
