Thanks Ekpent, understood.  And had I noticed that last pic in the ad, I might have hooked up my trailer and headed that way.

I think you guys are being a bit harsh. That gas tank/s would be great for those 500 mile days, and that bayonet/gear shift is sweet! What sort of bayonet is that, I don't recognise it, and I have a couple? I think a piece of foam glued to that seat base and some tassles for the handlebars, would make it one sweet ride! ;D
I was feeling sorry for myself because I couldn't afford new bike boots, until I met a man with no legs.

So I said, "Hey mate, you haven't got any bike boots you don't need, do you?"

The title on the ad is incomplete. It should say 750 Honda  complete pile of sh!+ $1500. Probably didn't have enough room to write that.

You'd think a tank like that would be a rationalized excuse to get an otherwise rideable bike out on the road...

no-ones noticed the back tyres on backwards yet ? i have personally tried this performance modification and can attest to the almost total lack of grip in the wet - water pumps into the centre of the tyre not out
i blame Terry

Well spotted Spotty. (pun intended) When Jeff at Ace Motorcycles fitted my new Pirelli Angel tyres on my FJR1300 in 2016 I didn't notice that he'd put the rear one on backwards until the next morning, when I was supposed to ride back to Canberra. To his credit, he opened the shop on a Sunday to refit it the right way. It would have been winter then, so it was lucky for me that I noticed. ;D

That one was previously posted a few weeks ago mate, and the consensus was, it only needed a handlebar change to take it from Abomination to A nice bike again. It was a tough crowd.......... ;D

It was a tough crowd. I even quoted the OP and it was still a tough crowd.

But now a repost?   Righteous!
