There are some trends that don’t make sense on any logical level.
Angry bird grills on Jeep Wranglers
Independent suspension small sedans squatted down, I don’t know the term.
Small tires on wide rims
Ape hanger handlebars
Pickups with 12” diameter dual exhaust in the bed behind the cab

And many more

Lol  ;D  "trendy"  yech  :D

Damn, when I bought my Auto I thought I'd finally owned every variant, but now I want a Briggs and Stratton powered CB750 with a lawnmower gearbox........... ;D
I was feeling sorry for myself because I couldn't afford new bike boots, until I met a man with no legs.

So I said, "Hey mate, you haven't got any bike boots you don't need, do you?"

Well apparently the Auto only produces 39 BHP at the back wheel Bill, (about the same as my Suzuki T350) so it wouldn't be much faster than the Honda/B&S hybrid! ;D

The builder of that 'hybrid' is a very much 'died in the wool' Briggs and Stratton fanatic,it would seem(see the fuel tank badge!  >:( )who ruined that classic Honda motorcycle.
Well.. at least it's been posted in the correct section.  :(
The way the listing reads it seems the seller is ready to get it loaded-up on someones vehicle and haul it out of there. The good is it has a title so a useful frame? and a few other parts.
God,it takes All kinds,huh??  >:(

Oh well, I don't get too upset Bill, Honda made more than half a million CB750's, so one less doesn't make much difference. It could well be that the engine died an untimely death, so he retro-fitted something that he thought would outlive another 750 engine? Who knows, for 50 bucks, someone's gonna get some good Honda parts and a good B&S engine, or maybe they'll keep it and ride it? It takes all kinds. ;D

It's local to me, that's how it popped up on my radar. Wish it was a K bike, I have enough crusty old F parts. It appears the front down tubes on frame have been changed or modified. The rear wheel appears to be stock and just flipped around, hard to tell from pics. Like you said, either a diehard Briggs fan or a bored guy out on farm that wanted a toy to get around!

haha I'm sure the builder contemplated it while sorting through the parts pile. Hey Its got the seat trim pieces everyone's always looking for. I'm genuinely curious to see what it sells for. They are least being realistic on the starting price with no reserve.

I'm surprised the dude didn't go so far as to install a mower deck and nose section from an early Cub Cadet,Lol.   :D

A pair of outrigger wheels on either side would help, lol.

Needs a Gravley (?) Floating deck in front of the bike to mow withso when you lean through the corners it doesn't scalp the yard.

They're tough old bikes mate, I've got one in my garage in not much better condition, and it starts first or second kick every time, but was last on the road in 2010. ;D

Yep, I'd like to get a job on FB Marketplace editing all of these ads for spelling mistakes, although I honestly don't think I could keep up with them all, it seems that just about every ad I read is written by a mental leper. ;D

I wonder if there's a generic trike kit out there? That one looks very professional. I wouldn't mind a trike especially for when I get older and can't hold a big bike up any more. My only dislike (apart from their choice of bike) is the width, I'd like a narrower trike, I think? ;D

Terry,I don't think that GZ250 cycle has enough 'beans' to power a trike.A 750 would work well for that;it looks like a stable platform

For sale locally ($700.00). Do you think there is any chance the owner did that custom paint job himself ??  You have to wonder if it was stolen or Meth is truly a terrible substance  ;D  ::)

There's a guy who made that bike his own. No factory paint job for him. It's refreshing to see colors other than flat black, but I find it alarming that those colors were chosen instead. On a positive note, this machine should survive years longer in an outdoor storage situation than others that have been left "untreated".
A few Honda 500's, a few Honda 550's, a few Honda 650's, '72 cb 450, a couple 500/550/650 hybrids, and 2001 750.
