Looks pretty darn nice.Need a lot more info though,can't read the engine numbers, frame numbers would be nice to know, is it a total resto with all period correct parts,muffler numbers,cut fenders,kill switch color,ignition swith style, wrinkle tank,  OH the list can can go on. If all is good and legitimate though I would say its worth that or more to the hardcore wealthy collectors.

Non, pas du tout..... I think $2,500 max..... looks like it still needs all the re-new stuff done, ya know seals, brakes, sprokets, chain, tires ?
What I'm trying to say is that sometimes there is a big difference between a 'looker' and a 'rider', that bike may have been in that spot ( pic. ) for years and years.... unless seller can show how it rides..IMO.

Looks like eng# is CB750E 1016259. By the few pics you have it looks to be  in very good shape and looks to be all there except of course the ducktail seat, that would hurt the value some im sure. By what you see on Ebay these days that price is by no means out of line. Still to rich for my bank account, but Im sure someone would pay that for it in a heartbeat. If you got some extra cash and you want a early KO and who wouldn't, and everything checks out good on bike I say give him the $$$ quick and take that bike home before someone else does. But by that eng# it might be a 1970KO  instead of a 1969 though. Something that just caught my eye, right side of tank is that a dent or just a shadow?

Don't forget prices are ridiculous up here in Canada.

Not sure what the market in Quebec is like for these bikes but in Toronto $5k would be a good deal if it runs.

Yeah a week or so after I had bought my KO I heard the PO just being curious started checking CL and ebay on prices and was shocked at what some of  these old Honda's were bringing and wished he had done this before hand because he knew he at sold it to me to cheap and could of got more for it. I'm just glad he waited till after the fact. I have to admit I got a once in a life time deal.
