Sometimes you get surprised..

I just put All wiring together on my latest project, following The diagrams I got from this forum.. So I startet The Engine  and start testing All functions..

Everything works great, untill I get to The blinkers..

Wow, nobody had told me that a k6 makes Sound when indicaters are active..

Got kind of a surprised :-)

Sounds like a big truck backing..

I have the stock beeper on my 550 too. Generally it doesn't bother me, but if I have to sit at a light it's kind of embarrassing. I just haven't gotten around to bypassing it yet.

Disconnected mine last week.
I ride stop and go in the city a lot, and everyone looks out for big trucks when I'd turned it on.

On the 750's if you put the blinker button on just half way,not all the way to the far left or right the buzzer will not beep but the light will still flash.I do it all the time, kind of hard to explain but give it a try and see.  ;)

I like it just because it is different.
I don't have a motorcycle, sold it ('85 Yamaha Venture Royale).  Haven't had a CB750 for over 40 years.

Thats the way my 550k works as well.  I just about always kept my thumb on the switch in the half engaged position.  Let it return to center when clutching to move from 1st to 2nd gear.  Beeper still works and it is good for its intended purpose, keeping you from looking like a fool going down the road in a straight line with a turn signal on.

Unless it exhaust is louder than the blinker.  Then you still look like a fool cause you can't hear it, lol.

Yea, I'm already half deaf.  I am one of the world biggest advocate of baffles.  Guess that is why they made the beeper so dang loud.   When I go totally deaf I am going to add a blinker buddy to my seat.  If your not familiar with them try blinkerbuddy.com.  Some other company (can't remember the name) sells one that is about three times as powerful, is operated by a remote and doesn't activate the turn signals and is intended for installation in the pillion.  :o   ;D

That's my thing too. I ride in city traffic a lot and hate sitting at the light beeping loudly.
