If the 30A fuse blew, then the rectifier shorted-out ......... or actually 1 or 2 of the diodes in the rectifier shorted-out and blew; i.e. are now open circuit and are having no effect. So, your bike may show some charging, but at a much reduced rate that will not keep-up with the normal running demand of your bike ( ign. , headlight etc. )....... You will have to replace the Reg./Rect. unit, it's shot ( sorry
