So I've got my kstart reassembled and I think I've got it right but would like some feedback.
My question is should the gear spin freely by hand with no action (sound) from the pawl? The pawl is held off the gear ring by a protrusion in the case until the shaft is rotated counterclockwise at which point the pawl catches the gear ring.
