I just changed the blue stripes on my little Rally Car to black with a red pinstripe to match my wheels. I LOVE tape stripes! I can change them anytime I want! The black is real carbon fibre sheet...looks cool to me!

Be careful removing that vinyl. I had a friend with a yellow pearl rx7 and he put some stripes on for fun. peeled them that evening and it pulled the clear coat. LIkely an issue with the clear but anyway....

There is a way to apply them correctly so that doesn't happen. You first clean the surface with Windex, then spray a thin coat on the surface and then stick the vinyl to it and squeegee out the excess. then if you want to take it off, you just peel up a corner, and take it off in a manner in which you never crease it and only pull it away at the correct angle. When I was a kid I used to professionally stripe cars at a dealership when they wanted stripes put on cars there. I also did detailing for a couple years as a kid which taught me a lot on how to do this and other things as well. you buddy probably pulled it away at too great an angle like 90 degrees from the surface. You need to pull it off at about 20 degrees from the surface.

So you don't deny the Honda was a chick car??  ;D

You obviously have never driven the s2000.  It is a motorcycle on 4 wheels.  I have had mine for 7 years and it still puts a smile on my face when i drive it.  If you want a chick car, buy the miata

Sorry Stev-o, I could swear I've posted at least a couple of pics of it around the forum... ;)

It'll carry or tow just about anything I'll ever need and with the awd it handles climbing my snowy, icy drive in the winter - or most roads for that matter - without a problem. I love it!

No 440, dammit, but it does get 25 MPG on the highway as a consolation. It is not slow, but is electronically limited to 140 MPH because of driveshaft limitations.

My explorer got killed by a deer. So I got a car I never thought I'd drive in a million years. Here it is when I picked it up.

2006 legacy GT wagon. Great car so far. But, the stock turbos are prone to fail. And mine did.

You'll never hit 140 even if the pcm will allow it. Depending on the rear end ratio it may be limited to 120mph. I know for a fact mine is.

Except for the one little tiny fact that all S2000s are manual ;D

I'll admit an automatic convertible miata is a hairdresser's car, but man that thing is fun (in manual, of course).

You guys are having way too much fun in here with your hot rods and fast cars. >:(  Allow me to bring the mood back down with pictures of my sensible, reliable, multipurpose vehicle with slidey doors. 8)

Ladies and gentlemen, the 2010 Mazda5.

At least it's a stick-shift, so I can still pretend I'm cool while driving the kids home from my mom's house.

Since this is the longest thread about this, I figured I'd keep it alive :D

I've recently lost these guys. Sold them because of too much rust and a blown engine, respectively.
