Hi everyone!
Im new to the forum and have a 1980 cb650c. I am also new to riding and am still learning.....a lot. I have someone who is working on my bike for me and says I need a new diaphragm pump for the carbs? I have been having a lot of trouble finding this part, and have found out they dont make it anymore. Its the same thing as an accelerator pump diaphragm, right?

I first found the kit for the 1980 cb650 on this site, but was not sure if it would work on mine since its a 650c. I emailed the site since they did not have a phone number and they were not sure if it would work either, they said the rod might be too long. I thought about it and was gonna go ahead and get it anyway to check it out since I have been having so much trouble finding the part. Now the site has taken it off, and they only have the kit for the 79. I was also curious if this would work? I wanna say that I remember reading somewhere that the carbs on the 79 and 80 were the same, so it might work?
Any help on this or getting the part would be AWESOME!
