Air filter cb550?

i see these air filters on this site and wonder if they would fit, says they will but cant tell if it comes with rubber hose, clamp, and filter as a whole set. i think they would look cool on my bike. let me know what you think. thanks.

I am also looking for an exhaust 4:4 for this bike, 78 cb550k let me know ebay is 100 a pipe!
