I've gone to this for the past several years. Its gotten bigger & better. I believe they are scheduled to open their new museum which will have an antique/vintage motorcycle display. The ride on Saturday is free. The admission charge for Sunday is around $9 (I think), and gets you into all the buildings & displays, along with the show field & swap meet. There's a 50's diner, so make a day of it with the family.

The Gilmore Ride is on my wish list... I just have to make it happen.

I'm generally riding alone but I had a BIG time last summer escorting Godzilla along with Sean and many other SOHC4er's through southeast Michigan. Its a lot of fun being with like minded individuals doing what you enjoy.

If I could wring a couple gallons of VPower from these pumps it would make my day:

yeah,  I can't encourage the saturday ride participation enough.  I did it last year.  It was a blast.  Guys are riding outrageous machinery on some of the best roads in the area (Vincent 500 single, what a sight to see some 150 pounder kick it up, Suzuki GT750 smoker! just as two examples that were in my group).  Met a lot of great guys too...
