Shapeing up to be a difficult year for the Seattle Seahawks.
« on: August 03, 2011, 02:29:38 PM »

First the Seahawks let go Matt Hasselbeck a fairly soid QB to Tennessee, then they infer that the Jesus look-a-like Charlie Whitehurst will be the starting QB, then out of nowhere they bring in T-Jack from the Vikings to be the starting QB.

Well at least they have several Seattle Seahawk Sea Gals with Personality and looks.

No need for Favre.  We got all the drama one team can stand in one guy...OUR NEW KICKER Jeff Reed!!!!!
Can you say roided out party boy?  How the FK can you get a helmet on with hair like that? Im sure he'll be publicly intoxicated and tearing up paper towel-less bathrooms in fits of roidrage pretty soon!!!!

Take comfort in two words my friends....

Cincinnati Bengals

I'm gonna root for them all the way to the end of every game.  Win lose or draw, by accident of birth they're my team.

Hasselbeck a solid QB??!?!?!?!?!??  :o

Best thing the Hawks ever did was getting rid of him.

Amen to that! He was done a few years back. He had flashes of being a really good QB then the next game he can't hit the broad side of a barn and throws the ball away to the other team and just makes bad decisions. He's always been like that. So I say good luck Titans!

Although Pete Carroll is a college FB genius, his pro experience is definitely questionable but let's hope he's learned something. I like the guy after so many stone faced coaches on the Seahawk sidelines it's nice to see a coach that gets excited for his team.

Jeff Reed is a drunk I hope he can stay out the King County hoosgow at least for the season.

So so so much personality!

Could be worse. You could be a San Francisco fan. I was born in 1980. When I was around 19 or 20 a very dear family member, someone you could ALWAYS count on- died. And that family member's name was the 49ers.

Great pre season game last night against the Chargers in San Diego. The rookie Josh Portis looked more accurate than Hassleback ever did. Every pass he threw was right in the numbers of the receivers. I can't wait for Futbol season!

12th man?

12TH MAN!!!!

I thought it was funny reading this post from a couple of years ago. The Seahawks are now knocking on the door of the superbowl, they just hammered The Saints a couple of nights ago, their only real competition in the NFC at this point. Even if they go 50% from here on out til the end of the season they still have home field through the playoffs. Pretty freakin' exciting time to be a Seahawk fan! Hasselbeck who?

Sorry souldn't help myself....... 8)

Good one fly!

I like the 'hawks, they humiliated the saints the other night.

If they can get by the 49rs in Candlestick this weekend, they should run the table for the rest of the regular schedule [giants, cardinals, rams]

Go 'hawks!
