One important thing you will need to pay attention to is the proximity of your chain to your stock absorber. It gets really tight as you move the chain outboard. You'll have fun threading the needle with that wider tire/ rim.

520 should help clearance wise, and less rotating mass.  Slipping clutch vs dumping is far easier on chains..
If a 520 can hold up on a , Busa...shouldnt be hurting them with our bikes..

Uhhhhhh.....Both cars are now done  ;D. I have completed 12 of my 15 hours of pharmacy CE....... uhhh... ::)

I promise to spend time in the cold garage over the next couple days. Swingarm install with new bronze bushings tomorrow. Swap out my powdered glass bead for fresh and finish blasting then painting and build the rear caliper. At that point the rear end should go well.   ::)

Go get a propane 3 eye burner heater. Then go Buy some of that cheap plastic tarp, some nails and make you a smaller enclosed space in the garage to keep warm. No more excuses since all the other work is done. Lets git er done!!

BUSA and 520 chain ? Watch your left leg and ex-tail section take a HIT....... DONE that in 2003, but that motor was pulling the front gear breaking out of the rear of the case = fixed that problem with a outboard support from Sandy Kosman, before that fix SHINE had oil all over him and the rear tire when I pushed him back from the ticket shack. SOHC running 10's might work but 530 would be safer than a life flight.

Cause it's in the mail to you!! Number 1,2 and 3 intakes have a little too much leakage...15-25%. Exhaust are perfect, piston and ring seal the same. If you can turn it around quick, I can wait, besides the Stage III is tight on ex side with cam degreed etc. .048!  Have to fix that anyway. That's why I called Saturday or Sunday.  Yes it had a Dyna DR 400 limiter on it, high side lowest setting is 10,000 rpm. So not sure it's working, Frank took it off one of Glady's bike, was good then, maybe now. But I bought a new DRL300 Dyna limiter, it can be set 6-12,000. I can check it now fairly easy. I know I gotta pay double/ triple price for f'ing up your beautiful head. Really just needs 3 new intakes, bet seats are fine, but that's up to you! All I want for Christmas is my Stage IV back and a 10 second pass! Merry Christmas,  Bill
P.S.......call me please sir!  ;D
