I put the volt meter on the pos/neg on the battery and brought the rpm up to about 3 to 4 rpm and it read 14.3 volts is this a sign that my charging system is working correctly!!

Well I took the bike for a 40 mile ride and all is good untill i hit about 90mph to 100 mph it starts to sputter!!
I have the air screws at 1 turn out.....Is that about right with a 73 cb750???
The bike fires up great and idles great so im not to sure what would cause this at top end!!!

Top end sputter could be the floats are not set right. What may be happening at that high speed is you are emptying the float bowls faster than they can fill do to a low fuel level. My suggestion would be to stay under 90 and forget about it if she runs great under 90...unless you are planning a trip to the Audubon freeway soon.  :D

Well after installing two new tires and fork seals I took The bike for the OOP inspection which was required to get the bike licenced... the bike is now legal to drive.....Now it time to put the bike to the test and enjoy whats left of the summer!!
