CB350F gas tank. Will it fit on a twin?

Greetings all.
Posted this question on another message board I frequent but I may as well ask here also.
Anyone know if a tank from a 350F (with the knee indents) will fit a 350 twin?
I'm working on an idea...

I was able to put one on my 73 cl350 I had to relocate the tank mounts to keep the bars from hitting tank, but other than that it will work
