Engine #'s I need help determing what year my bike is

hello
these are the #'s on my motor
Cb750e-1025762
can anyone tell me what year this is. according to charts Ive seen I believe its a 1969/70 but its titled as a 1978.
it was in a chopper frame so who the hell knows

The engine # is consistent with a K0, can't help re: title date and frame though. Is the frame a modified frame with headstock original? There should be a number stamped there as well and it should be within the same general range as the engine though not matching.

Unless this is a Wisconsin title you're talking about then the title is for the frame and has nothing to do with the engine.
Like Bob said, that's a K0 engine number, but the frame number is what determines the model year for the bike and title.

Remove that engine, sell it for a tidy sum, find a mid-production K2, 3,4,5, etc and install it. A K0 engine has no business in a chop.
