I do have to throw this out there, even if it is obvious. Be careful with the powder coat if it chip it's will keep peelin and chipping, maybe throw some painters tape or something over the tubing when you install. And duct tape isn't a good idea for that trust me
Painters tape comes in various strengths. I suggest using the lowest strength for ease of removal and cleanup.
I can see where duct tape would leave a gooey mess, besides being hard to remove.
I asked my powdercoaters about chips and edges starting to peel. He said that if its done right, every molecule of the PC is adhered to the frame. so a chip or an edge shouldn't make any difference, it should still stick.
Now I don'tbelieve that 100%, but it did give me confidence that a chip or an edge should have more staying power than i thought.
