Dunstall CB550 header issue/s
« on: August 11, 2011, 11:30:01 AM »
It has now been several months since I purchased as set of Dunstall 4-2 headers for my project CB550 from EBay.  I was looking for a replacement exhaust setup since mine was in somewhat bad shape. Problems, the headers are not lining up right or I have a mixed up set. The pipes still wrapped up in protective paper, and numbered with a black marker on the outside. Didn't line up, removed the paper and the pipes are stamped with different numbers. One stamped with a "1", and three stamped "2". And two of the "2" pipes look identical. I would appreciate any help I can get. Pictures will be added shortly.

There should be two pipes that have curves in them to move around the oil filter, like a womens hips, when viewed from the front. These go to the inside on 2&3 the other two are for cylinders 1 and 4
