? mod I've never seen?

Has anyone set up forward controls before? Being 6'3" I find the current position a tad bit cramped. Not bad, but I think it could be better.

I just saw this today: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/HONDA-CB500-CB550-TRIPLE-A-FLOORBOARDS_W0QQcmdZViewItemQQcategoryZ35588QQitemZ4636921054QQrdZ1QQsspagenameZWDVW

Not sure if the included shift & brake levers are true 'forward controls' or not though.

checked to see if a set of Kyriakin pegs could fit without a highway bar. No good. The offset pegs would be great and fit on the down tubes perfect but there isn't enough space between the headers! >:(

Used to have these on my 83 Venture. I kept them when I sold that POS. It was pretty but I really missed 2nd gear! ;)

I made a set of forward controls for my son's 1980 cb650. It's a lot more comfortable for me.( getting too old to ride with my legs folded up under my butt). I've got pictures in the gallery. I don't know if this link will work http://www.sohc4.us/gallery/v/members/personal/05c50/after.JPG.html?g2_navId=x242b1967   or go to dangabor.com for some more pictures    Paul

Going the other direction, wouldn't rearsets give you some more room also?  I'm 6'4" and was wondering how a rear set peg is for comfort on long hauls.

Woohoo! I just bid on those floor boardy things, they'll look good on my K1 Kruiser! That's me guys, Netscrounger, so don't be outbidding me, or I'll hunt you down, ha ha! Cheers, Terry. ;D
I was feeling sorry for myself because I couldn't afford new bike boots, until I met a man with no legs.

So I said, "Hey mate, you haven't got any bike boots you don't need, do you?"
