I've had a loud tick on Donaldson (400f) I couldn't get rid of. Valves were adjusted well, cam chain was tensioned and nothing was loose. I looked at the springs on the rocket shafts last night and found they were on the wrong sides of the rockers. There is some wear on the rockers now, but they'll survive. Stupid POs!
