Newbie from San Diego

Hello my name is Pete,  I've been trolling around these forums for info on my CB and finally decided to join.  This is my first street bike and my first build.  It's a '78 CB750 that I picked up from my friend for a couple hundred bucks about eight years ago.  It was a failed restoration project that was given up on about 8 years before that, so this bike has done a lot of sitting around.  On my first ride the cam seized and thus my cafe build began.

Some of the modifications I made to my bike include a Gl1000 conversion on the front end, boxed swing-arm in the back, Dunstall-ish fiberglass race tank from the 70's, duck-tale seat, rear sets from a '95 CBR, LED lights, and many other numerous little touches.

I've had my bike out on the road now for two days breaking it in on short little rides.  The carbs need some tuning so I'll be picking some brains about that later.
