David Silver Spares is pretty much the only option here, at least as far as I am aware.

I bought a set from them and highly recommend them.  Yeah, they ship from the UK but it didn't take too long (less than 2 weeks) and the boots are OEM quality.

Seems like there was a member experimenting with casting 550 boots a year or so back.   Don't remember who it was but do remember some discussion from folks who were testing them.  Anybody remember who that was?  Not talking about the new anti-pods.  Boots only.

I think I talked to the guy youre referring to and he hasnt responded to my request. But I think I may have found 750 boots... Im guessing those wont work either?

Nope.  That's why I went with DSS, no other option.

Or you could try to find some in a junkyard.  Have you called Rockdale Cycles?  I've never been there but I have talked to them on the phone a couple of times and they seems OK.  They may or may not have a CB550 laying around.

I called em and they said they didnt have em, but those guys are great. Ive taken my dirtbike to em a few times.
