Sure. Just connect the wires together in the headlight bucket (and make darn sure you're in neutral or the clutch is pulled in when you go to start the bike!).

I delete all that crap, even the keyed ignition. There is a little box/diode with a green wire with a redstripe, it all ties in with the starter relay, neutral switch and the clutch lever. I forget all the details but you can feed power directly to the elect starter switch and relieve yourself of about 20 feet of wire. And we can all stand to loose a few pounds ;)

Hey Jonesy! When I connect the two, I assume that the two that leads to the switch and not the clutch correct?

No. The starter solenoid gets power from the starter switch, leave that one alone. The ground connection to the solenoid is via the safety circuit. The starter is grounded through the clutch switch directly or through the neutral switch using a diode (this just lets the neutral light work properly, without it the neutral light would be on with the clutch in).
So connecting the 2 wires to the clutch lever switch disables the safety system and the starter motor will run even with the bike in gear and clutch engaged.
