Yes mains, but if you are already at 110's, you have got to find out what else is going on.  You should be ripping up to 100mph, even with pods.   I am running a 4-1 105's and a stock airbox with uni filter and I can do 100 all day.

Im running the same set up, jets uni in the stock air box my 4 into 1 is a yoshi replica........did you move you needle down one notch, my bikeis running slightly too rich.

If they are rich, I would try needling down a position, then another if the first change helps.

If lean, move needle up, or put the baffle in if you have it.

When new my 1976 550F hit 112 mph flat out with no head wind.
The only mod was a Kerker exhaust.
Had a buddy with the identicle bike; he was right along side of me!

I haven't tried it since; maybe I should?
Naw, I'm too old now and don't even want to try!

Just my opinion, but 110 are not large enough for an open exhaust and pods. You are supposed to start 2 sizes up for each of those mods...105 is stock, so 115 is what you should have started with.

I am almost certain they will be lean tomorrow. Not sure if that will "cure" your problem, but its worth a try. As was mentioned before, a baffle will help significantly. There are many guys who break down and return the oem box and filter when they can't get it tuned right. I chose velocity stacks instead of pods and have a yoshi repro exhaust with the baffle. 110 are where I started and it's still not perfect.

Too much going on now to finish it up tho. maybe over the winter

My situation is on the highway 5th gear goin 63 at 4k to 5k rpms. Do I just ride in 4th gear higher rpm?

I think your in the wrong section.
63mph is about right for a CB125

you've got something else going on here. The 'losing oomph' reeks of fuel starvation, and not just the kind underjetting will cause. You sure the petcock/tank is able to replenish the bowls fast enough at WOT?

Here are the results. If you ask me, the white tips say lean at wot. Agree? So now up to 120mains or needle adjuasment? In 5th gear I was pullinjust shy of 5k just above 60mph.

In my experience fuel starvation would cause a buck and surge.  I have left my petcock closed and gotten on the highway, it bucked and surged noticeably before it stalled.  Maybe not in all cases but I would assume it would.

Interesting side note: checked again for spark color when I get home and that same plug looks pretty clean. Hooked it up to wire and spun and let out spark like mad. is it possible for it to burn that clean?

Maybe your float height is off and that bowl is empty.  Drain each bowl and measure the volume of gas.

Youre the winner. Float was stuck up by incorrectly installed gasket. Bet she'll go a hell of a lot faster with 3 cyl properly jetted.
