New purchase! ('74 550, PICS)

A complete impulse buy....just picked this up for (what I'd consider) a really good price.  Looks good, engine needs a little attention (cam chain is a bit noisy, carb sync, etc).  Runs decently well.  It looks great though (minus the seat and springs, which I have replacements for)!  Crappy cell phone pics:








Now what the hell will I do with two 550s??

Nice find and congrats.. Same boat as you, 2 550's one K one F.. F is beat up so I am going to cafe it out..Already started to order new parts

Looks good!  You NEED two bikes, one to ride while the other is apart being restored!!

In that case I have 3!  I have an '81 Yamaha XJ550 Seca that's my daily rider.  Think that one is getting sold soon.
