Showers? We don't need no stinkin' showers, real men like to get nice and funky, plus it keeps the bugs away.

I got some citronella oil made for tiki torches to burn, in the motor is what we thought about,  back in the days LJL was burning  used fry cook oil in the powerstroke we talked about using it.

Not sure he wants anything but pump diesel in it so shortly after the new fuel distributor.

I'll be camping in the Vendor area with my brother in law.  If you see a black/gray Yamaha XS850 triple for sale, that's where I be ;)

Fabricator, Bluto and myself all have parade lap tickets for Saturday.  What day did you get?

Sorry, never been there.  A parade lap is where you get to ride your bike around the track?

Travi, I got mine for Friday before I realized that they do them around noon or thereabouts.  I'm sure they won't have a problem with me switching to Saturday so I can ride with you guys.

Cool!  The more the merrier!

fmctm1sw, the parade lap is a paced lap (usually behind one of the really cool Barber collection bikes).  They usually do them just before they start racing for the day.

It's getting closer I can't hardly wait!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ;D ;D ;D

That's quite a list!  However it's missing a few people, there's about 8 or 10 guys coming down from the Nashville area.  I know they have not chimed in here yet, but i've been in contact with them though.

Hey Ray,

If we do what we did last year we'll be grabbing Hwy. US 78 on the west side of Atlanta pretty dang early.  That puts us across I-75 about an hour after we pull out.  Don't know how early you get them old bones goin.....but, we could get on HWY 78 in downtown Atlanta (right behind Ga. Tech)....and go from there.  We can meet at The Varsity which is cery easy to find if your coming down I-75.  If we leave around the same time we did last year.....that put's us downtown at @9-9:30 am.  So.......I guess you pull outa Nville about 5:00 am? :o :o

Maybe the sun will come up for ya around Chattanooga.  ;D

We'll make it work one way or another...........let us know!

Looking forward to seeing tons of people at the Festival this year.  I've been hearing ticket sales are much higher than last year.

Look for DO THE TON's booth in the swap meet area, and our booth up in the new Cafe Racer area where we're working with Dime City Cycles, Cafe Racer TV and the Ace Cafe all the way from England.  Live music, bike show (email me if you want to enter your cafe racer in the show!)... gonna be a blast.

I'm driving down from Toronto on the 5th, stopping around Bowling Green for the night.

Damn,  I wish I could ride with all you GA and TN guys, but I've got to work Thursday until 12:15.  Sounds like you'll already be at the track by then.  Hopefully I'll get a chance to meet all of you at 6:00 Friday evening at VJMC.
