I'm restoring a 1978 CB550 and have some carb questions. The carb is a PD46C. The main jet is 90 and the slow jet is 42, what groove does the clip go into the needle. I took it apart and it was in the first from the top. The slow jet seems press fit in, how do I get it out. I thought the float height is 14.5mm but saw on this site that for the PD46C it's 12.5 is that correct. When I removed the main jet there's a brass needle set I guess inside where the needle slides into, does that come out towards the float bowl or up towards the top of the carb.
