Sorry I haven't been around for a long time, but life went to hell. It's all calming down now finally :)

Onto my questions I've got some no name pods on the cb500 (PO addition to bike) and a motad 4-1exhaust.
I've synced, carbs, set valves, cleaned piston tops, and combustion chambers.

Now that basic tuning is happy I'm finding that trying a top gear roll (WOT from 2k-3k RPM) on gives my absoluyely no acceleration. Instead of a nice vroooom, i get an exhaust note closer to a monotone cow moo.
The only throttle posotions that give a good result are 1/8-1/4 openings.

From what I've read the starting point of a CB with a stock airbox and 4-1 exhaust(cb550supersport) is a 110 main jet. Any suggetsions on where to start on jetting with the addition of pods.

Now onto the exhaust question. As stated earlier I've got a motad 4-1. I'm scaping the collecctor bolts so much that the bolt head is now angled. Any suggestions for another exhaust that won't scrape during agressive right handers?
