twice the average mileage I see around here, looks like a middle of the road rider.  It is worth somewhere between 800 and 1100 in this neck of the woods.  I don't buy them if they run, people want too much for that luxery.

Looks pretty decent.  I would say it's worth more like 1,100 or 1,200.  That's what I would give.

Agree with Trav- it looks like a 1200$ bike to me , 41K is a bit much for $1500 and the cosmetics are mediocre  IMHO If it's a runner with a clear title then does the chain sprockets look worn? Tires old? fork seals leaking ? Oil leaks anywear? Need a tuenup? Rust in tank? all bargaining tokens-
