You want an Alternator Cover or Dynamo Cover gasket mate.

Your local Honda shop should be able to get you one.

Cyclex normally have them as well.

Here is the genuine Honda part #

About half way down here under individual gaskets at Cyclex.

If you have the phillips screws on the bike do yourself a favor and get an impact screwdriver to take the alternator cover screws out. Many guys go a step further and get replacement allen screws. For me, I got the impact screwdriver first and have never had the need to replace any of the phillips screws.

I thought it was a "stator cover" gasket?  Those are easy and cheap on eBay, it is the shift cover gasket right behind it that is more expensive and harder to find.  I just spent $17.00 for the shift gasket OEM when eBay came up dry.  Also, the "dynamo" gasket you need fits many years and models.

Add to that buy the "black" gasket over the "green". Better gasket and matches OEM.

yes a buddy bought us a MANUAL impact driver and its just amazing, it snapped so many bolts free that you could tell were not budged for 30 years.

i plan to buy an allen bolt set
