1975 CL360: valve guide seals stuck?

I have read that the valve guide seals are a good thing to replace when freshening up the top end.  I had to replace rings, so I am cleaning and lapping the valves.

  I got the valves off with a spring compressor, but don't seem to be able to get these seals off with the pressure/effort I gave it.  I didn't want to break anything, so I left them alone until I asked...

Also, the replacements from aftermarket gasket kits are notorious for being the wrong size, and the ones in the vesrah kit I got seem at first glance to be incorrect sized.  Should I just leave the current ones on there?

The groove in the top of the valve guides is really deep. The seals pop into the groove and hold tight. Lever it off from the bottom with a flat blade screwdriver. I haven't seen the Vesrah kit for that bike, but the guide seals in the kit I used for my 500/4 were fine. If you'd rather use genuine Honda seals, David Silver has them for sure, and maybe CMSNL too. Google the part #. 12210-362-005

Thanks stu. They definitely looked smaller in the kit - but I didn't take them out and compare closely.

I'll see if I can dig up some OEM to be safe.
