I did a search, and "think" I see the answer, but wanted to verify. We are rebuilding both front and rear wheels, shiny new spokes, polished and cleaned up hubs and rims, etc. Before cutting the old corroded spokes off I looked but couldn't see that there was any lateral offset (meaning in the direction of the axle) of the rims relative to the hubs. Is this correct, both rims should be centered with the hubs where the spokes hook in?
