Need advice quick! '72 engine in my '75 750

Hello. I've got an opportunity to pick up a good '72 engine for my '75 cb740.

Will this engine be a simple 'drop in' or more hassle?

I'm traveling right now and need to make a decision today.

Simple drop in.They're all the same till 77' where they put a beefy 630 chain instead of 530.
