I want to withdraw my suggestion for my tool because although it worked for removing the keepers, I had a lot of trouble trying to install the keepers after changing the valve guide seal.
Still have not solved the problem.
Chrysler car company uses one very similar too.
I will modify mine to see if I can make it work better.
Needs a longer handle, and needs to push the spring down about 1/8 inch more.
I will report back.
